Izeltaş that will celebrate its 40th anniversary of foundation, met with Ministry of Education in Ankara for the educational corporation that includes the Professional Schools in Turkiye.
In the scope of that great project that will last for three years, Izeltaş will give education to 20.000 students in Industrial Technical Schools, about the use of hand tools and technical solutions; moreover educational seminars to the teachers of these schools will be given, as well.
Within the context of that project, 300 schools will be given hand tools and clipboards as presents by Izeltaş. Also technical material and laboratory support will be given; and 7500 students of these schools will be made Personal Accidental Insurance had. Moreover, practical training will be provided for these students.
That great project that was started to give support to the qualified labor force problem in Turkiye was signed with a ceremony arranged in Ankara, in the meeting hall of the Ministry of Education. The protocol was signed by the Minister Hüseyin Çelik in the name of the Ministry of Education and by Ender Yorgancılar-Chairman of the Board of the Directors, in the name of Izeltaş. Minister of education and his assistant secretaries, Izeltaş Board of the Directors and senior executives, many statesmen and Izeltaş's Ankara Region Distributorships attended in the ceremony. First Hüseyin Acır, Ministry of Education Technical Education General Directorate addressed to the house in the "Signature Ceremony of the Corporation Protocol in Education" that took place in the Ministry of Education. Acır has pointed out the necessity of the technical education and thanked to Ender Yorgancılar, the Chairman of the Board of the Directors. After Acır's speech, a short film related to the introduction of Izeltaş was displayed.
"This matter is a concern of all of us. We should support and own it." Chairman of the Board of the Directors Ender Yorgancılar talked at the end of the film; "In 1968, my father went to Germany with some enterprising to make some examinations to found a factory when a needle at least can not be produced in Turkiye.
The Germans told my father, "You can produce tomatoes and buy the hand tools from us." Today Izeltaş, starting from Germany sells to most parts of Europe. That is Turkish miracle," he added.
Mediate staff difficulty
The biggest problem of the Turkish Industry is qualified labor power, says Yorgancılar, and told us that the activities they do to that labor power to be produced
Hüseyin Çelik, Ministry of Education pointed out the necessity of the qualified labor work, "Though that you make the most modern factories, if you do not have qualified staff, there will be no person to work. Today the fact of the unemployment is the reason that there is no mediate staff. Everyone wants to be white-collar worker and so there becomes the mediate staff difficulty. For that problem to be solved, we undersign that protocol."
In technical education, Çelik, the minister stated that the need of the industrial producer should be considered; "if education is not given according to the priorities and the needs of the sector should be considered, this education is useless." Today the industry needs the ones who took theoretical education and use that knowledge in practice are the mediate staff." With the protocol signed with Izeltaş, 300 schools' equipment to be provided by corporations will be made with the teachers and the students." he said. Çelik, the Minister said that he is proud to be in corporation with such a great company that produces in our country." And thanked to all staff of Izeltaş.
After the ceremony, a cocktail was given in the ministry building. In the cocktail Ender Yorgancılar, the Chairman of the Board of the Directors gave a plaque that includes a golden filled hand tool to Hüseyin Çelik. the Minister of Education.
THE CONTEXT OF THE PROTOCOL SIGNED BETWEEN THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND IZELTAŞ
- With the courses that will be made by the Ministry of Education and General Directorate of Male Technical Education, education will be given to the people who are not qualified for employment and the one who has profession and requires improvement in his/her profession to gain the talent of use of hand tools, to educate as staff who is convenient with the service areas and to bring in required knowledge and talent.
- Giving education to 20.000 students in Education Institutions dependent to the Male Technical Education General Directorate about right use of the hand tools
- Making personal accidental insurance to 7500 students who are in all educational institutions dependent on Male Technical Education General Directorate.
- Giving the hand tool panel and hand tools and meeting the hand tool needs of 300 industrial technical education institution determined by the Ministry
- Giving education and seminars about effective use of hand tools, to the students and teachers in the industrial technical education schools determined by the Ministry.
- Publishing and giving out the brochures and lesson notes required for the education.
- Renewing the technical education laboratories determined in convenient schools.
- Providing practical training for the students during their school period.
